For Stoddart, who was born in raised in England, afternoon tea is common. When Ije moved to Canada 13 years ago, first to Toronto before settling in Windsor, the National Bakery School-trained baker noticed a lack of places in the city serving afternoon tea and so opened The Union Jack Pop-Up Tea Room serving a traditional British afternoon tea melding her love for baking and her love and knowledge of her culture. Although Ije has recently relocated to Manitoba, 4th Wall Music is happy to welcome this passionate tea expert to our program!
