Min Xie is ECO Violinist at Windsor Symphony Orchestra as well as Concertmaster of the Jackson Symphony Orchestra in Michigan. He is also Visiting Professor at Xi’an Conservatory of Music and School of Arts in South China University of Technology in China.
Min obtained his DMA at the College of Music of Michigan State University under the tutelage of Dr. Walter Verdehr. As a visiting scholar to MSU, he was in a quartet and chamber music ensemble that were trained by Verdehr Trio, Robert Mann and his Julliard String Quartet.
Min is an active musician in 4th Wall Performance Series, who enjoys playing with colleagues. His career in teaching and performing started in China and he continues the violin performances in solo recitals, chamber music, operas and symphony orchestras in Japan, Germany, US, China and Canada.
