It’s You I Like – The Music of Mr. Rogers – Capitol Theatre, 121 University Ave. West, Windsor, Ontario – April 16, 2:30

In partnership with Autism Ontario and the Windsor Public Library, we celebrate the music of the late Fred Rogers. This family-focused program will explore Mr. Roger’s contributions to music, education, inclusivity, and Autism acceptance. Hosted by Kate Reynolds, local musician, writer, and children’s librarian who is open about her autism diagnosis, disabilities and queerness, this program will champion the importance of representation while introducing children to classical music.

Joined by Amanda Villa the Drag Queen for a short storytime. (Amanda will be available before and after the concert to address any questions.)

4th Wall Music is excited to welcome back our “Little One’s in the Lobby” area! This is a space where kids can take a break and stretch their legs if they need to during the concert. We are excited to welcome staff from the Windsor Public Library to host the making of a kid’s craft as well as book readings in this area during the program. The craft will also be available a half hour before the concert if you would like to partake!

SPECIAL NOTE: 4th Wall Music would like to make it possible for all of our “neighbours” to attend this program. Please email info@4thwallmusic.com to confidentially request a donated ticket(s). There is also an option to donate tickets when you click “BUY TICKETS” below to help share the love of music with those in need.
